At Princeton Public Utilities, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and community is a top priority and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers as the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve. Princeton Public Utilities is also working hard to ensure that our customers continue to have the reliable electricity and clean water that you need to keep your families safe.

We would like to announce that, effective Wednesday, March 18th through Friday, March 27th, all Princeton Public Utilities facilities will be closed to the public. Our staff will be working in the office however the office lobby will be closed. We strongly encourage folks to call us at 763-389-2252 or email us at info@princetonutilities.com with any questions or to make a payment. Please feel free to also utilize our payment drop box at the “Employees Only” door, located on First Street west of the utility lobby, for any correspondence.

We will also not disconnect service from any customers until further notice. If you have difficulty paying your bill, we are here to help. Please contact us and we will work with you to set up a payment plan that works for you.

Princeton Public Utilities strongly encourages all customers to utilize our online bill payment process which can be found at the top of our website. If you need assistance in setting up an online account please give us a call and one of our staff will assist you.

Our “after-hours” emergency phone numbers (Electric: 612-390-4361 for outages and Water: 612-715-8703 for water emergencies) remain in effect. We are here to help in any way we can and will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves.
